1. The Commission Workflow
Every stroke starts with a conversation. We define the project scope via Procreate sketches before final rendering. It's vital that you provide clear references. No, we don't start until the brief is signed off. Clarity saves time.
Note: Once the final digital rendering begins in high definition, structural changes to the composition may incur additional fees.
2. Intellectual Property & Rights
Who owns what? Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Commercial Licensing Agreement, Aurorify Studios retains the moral rights to all artwork. However, you'll receive a non-exclusive license to use the final digital assets for personal use or specified commercial channels as outlined in your quote.
3. Payment & Delivery
We work on a 50/50 split. 50% upfront to lock in your slot on our studio schedule; the remaining 50% after you approve the watermarked final. You'll receive high-res files (300 DPI) in PSD, TIFF, or PNG formats. We don't send raw Procreate files unless specified in the contract.
4. Revisions & Satisfaction
We're human. If something isn't right, tell us. Our standard packages include two rounds of minor revisions. Major pivots after the sketch phase? That's a different conversation. We strive for 100% satisfaction, but art is subjective.
